About Me

Lending a helping hand is rewarding work. Volunteerism not only provides me with a sense of purpose but has also helped me network in a community of like-minded people.

I also find working with a team towards a shared goal enjoyable. I believe teamwork is more essential in life than most would like to say.

Tech Team - Bethel A.M.E. Church

Currently managing the church’s YouTube page voluntarily. Working on creating video content that will eventually be featured on the organization's Facebook page.

Alternative Spring Break Detroit

Worked alongside Wayne State student volunteers at five non-profit locations. Tasks included neighborhood garden care, urban bee hive construction, and family care packages. We partnered with Detroit Abloom, Bees in the D, Urban Neighborhood Initiative, and more.

Wayne African Student Society

Served as vice-president and president, consecutively. Improved membership count. Held monthly activities on-campus and an end-of-the-year African Gala event.
